The quest points are awarded for the counterspell.
Eleonore lives in the Silverhand Manor on the hill north of Liberty Bay at 32331, 32763, 5. Ask about her ring. Buy a rake, climb the fortress mountain east of town (levitate or parcels) and use the rake on the parrot's tree at 32422, 32770, 1; the crystal ring drops beside it. Back to Eleonore: ring → yes.
Accept her errand (yes): carry 200 gold to the herbalist Charlotta in the south-west of town at 32268, 32841, 7 – gold → yes. She gives you the password. Report to Eleonore with errand and then say peg leg: she tells you about Raymond Striker and the way to Meriana opens.
Captain Waverider on the peninsula south-east of the depot at 32346, 32859, 7: peg leg → yes (50 gold) lands you in Sabrehaven on Meriana. Raymond Striker is in the house at 32350, 32588, 7: ask about eleonore, then mermaid. The mermaid Marina swims by the north shore at 32329, 32528, 7: raymond striker.
Ocelus sits on the mountain south-west of Sabrehaven at 32311, 32622, 4.
Marina: date – not poetic enough. Ocelus: mermaid – he wants a love poem. Elvith in Ab'Dendriel at 32670, 31607, 7 sells one: love poem → yes, 200 gold. Ocelus: love poem → yes. Marina: date – she drops Raymond, you get the Matchmaker achievement and her sea turtles carry you to the Laguna Islands.
Sail with Jack Fate from Liberty Bay (32284, 32891, 6) to thais and confirm the storm warning with yes twice: one trip in eight ends on Goroma at 32161, 32558, 6. Jack Fate there needs 30 wood from the Island Trolls (yes to hear it, yes again with the wood). From then on he sails you to goroma from Liberty Bay for free.
Dragha's spellbook lies with the dead body by the energy barrier on Goroma at 32093, 32574, 8. Take it to Chondur on Meriana at 32361, 32550, 7: spellbook, then counterspell → yes → yes. Bring him, in this order and fresh, a dead chicken, a dead rat and a dead black sheep (700 oz), each with counterspell → yes. The third one completes the quest and lets you walk through the barrier into the volcano.
