A prayer in ten lines, one from each priest of the land, binds sacred power to a plain wooden stake. Start with Quentin in Thais, buy the stake from Gamon, and carry it around the world; Chondur on Meriana speaks the last line and blesses it.
Quentin in the Thais temple at 32379, 32241, 7: stake → yes. Gamon the furniture dealer at 32408, 32170, 7 sacrifices a chair leg for 5,000 gold: stake → yes. Back at Quentin, stake → yes is the first line.

Tyrias' line turns the wooden stake into the blessed wooden stake. Chondur's line completes the quest and the Blessed! achievement, and with another wooden stake in your backpack he blesses a second one (stake → yes again), then one more every week.
