Spectulus, the astronomer on top of the Edron academy, wants to sail the sea of light. Three missions: coax the plans out of a beggar, dig a rare crystal from the Lost Mines, and take the mirror crystal from the Collector in a cave under Vega.
Spectulus at 33268, 31835, 1: mission → yes. The Shoddy Beggar sits in Edron at 33157, 31809, 7 with two gold coins to spare:
He hands over the plans. Spectulus: mission → yes, then leave him thirty minutes to study them.
mission → yes: he needs a rare crystal. In the Lost Mines west of Edron use a pick on the large cyan crystal at 33031, 31758, 8 – three tries in ten break a piece off. Spectulus: mission, then yes for the carrying device.
Sail to Vega and use the rare crystal on the ice cube in the stony pond at 32011, 31709, 7. In the cave below kill The Collector and use the carrying device on its body. Spectulus: mission → yes – ten small diamonds and the quest points.
