Need a hand?
Huxera is looked after by a small staff team and a group of volunteer tutors. Tutors are players just like you who asked to help newcomers, answer questions and keep the server growing. They are not staff: they have no special powers, cannot punish anyone and cannot see your account. Staff are the people who enforce the rules and run the server.
Open the Help channel in game. Tutors and senior tutors watch it and answer in orange. Anyone can answer there too.
1 tutors onlinePost them on our Discord so they land in the queue and get tracked. Please do not message staff privately with suggestions: they get lost, and a queued report is one we can actually act on.
Join the DiscordThe Bug Report board on the website forum feeds the same queue. Include what you did, what happened and when.
Bug Report boardUse the in-game report or tell a Gamemaster. Tutors cannot act on these, but they will point you to someone who can.
Only the Administrator can help with these. Contact them on Discord. Nobody on Huxera will ever ask for your password.
Owns and develops Huxera. Decides on features, balance and the direction of the server.
