The caliph Kazzan wants at least one djinn faction on his side. Carry his peace offering to the fortress you have access to; whichever answer you bring back, he pays 20 platinum.

Kazzan in the Darashia palace at 33231, 32389, 6: mission → yes → yes. Then the djinn gatekeeper of your faction – Umar of the Marid (33101, 32531, 6) or Ubaid of the Efreet (33045, 32623, 6): djanni'hah, mission, kazzan. Back to Kazzan: mission for 20 platinum coins.
