Eight jobs for Dorian the fence: tusks, a picked lock, a forged invitation, a painting swindled from the dwarves in disguise, a golden goblet, a goldfish bowl, a stolen letter and a note in the Dark Cathedral. Pick one of three chests at the end and Dorian trades with you.
- 2,000 gold for Oswald and Ahmet; another 6,000 for the goldfish key unless you are an Archpostman.

Dorian, the fence under Thais, takes you into the Thieves Guild with eight jobs: tusks, a stolen vase, a forged invitation, a painting lifted from the dwarves, a golden goblet, a goldfish bowl, a compromising letter and a note pinned in the Dark Cathedral. Three chests of loot and Dorian's shop at the end.
Dorian is at 32317, 32209, 8 under Thais.
Bring 10 tusks and hand them in with mission → yes – every mission in this chain starts and ends with those two words.
Buy a few lock picks from Dorian (trade, 50 gold each) and use them on the chest in Sarina's house in Carlin at 32337, 31812, 6 – climb the vines at 32337, 31814. Each try has a 30% chance to open it and otherwise breaks the pick. Bring the vase to Dorian.
Oswald at 32380, 32220, 7 forges an invitation for 1,000 gold: invitation → yes. Deliver it to Dorian.
- Snake Eye in the Outlaw Camp at 32657, 32188, 8: documents – he sends you to Ahmet.
- Ahmet in the nomad camp near Ankrahmun at 33126, 32810, 6: documents → yes, 1,000 gold for the fake deed.
- Percybald in the Carlin theatre at 32381, 31786, 7: disguise, then test and play the script he gives you line by line until he is satisfied – you get a disguise kit.
- Put the disguise on and see Nurik at the dwarven bridge at 32931, 32070, 8: dwarven bridge → yes. Talk him through the sale and he hands over the painting. Back to Dorian.
The bowl is locked behind the door at 32359, 32787, 6 in Liberty Bay. Two ways to the key:
- Archpostman route: wearing the post officer's hat with Archpostman rank, ask Chantalle (32365, 32792, 7) for the key – postwomen ask Bertram next door instead.
- Gold route: Herbert at 32331, 32839, 7: letter → gold → yes (1,000 gold), buy the necklace from Carina for 5,000 gold and give it to Chantalle for the key.
Open the door, take the bowl, and report to Dorian.
Same house: the letter is in the drawer at 32359, 32791, 6. Bring it to Dorian.
Dorian gives you a note. Use it on the wall deep in the Dark Cathedral at 32598, 32381, 10, then go back for your reward: one of the three chests behind Dorian, and his shop.
