Myra in Port Hope nominates you for the academy award that comes with the summoner's hat and cloak, but only after nine deliveries; Zoltan in Edron hands it out.

Myra at 32580, 32751, 6: tiara → yes, then task and each item with yes: 70 bat wings, 20 red cloth, 40 ape fur, 35 holy orchids, 10 spools of yarn (spider silk), 60 lizard scales, 40 red dragon scales, 15 magic sulphur, 30 vampire dust. Then Zoltan at 33266, 31847, 4: myra.
Zoltan also turns Ferumbras' hat into the mage's second addon (proof → yes).
