Wand and belt
Wand (the quest points): Angelina at 32633, 32402, 10, addon → yes; then Lynda in Thais at 32331, 32199, 7, addon → yes: all five wands and five rods (terra to dragonbreath), 10 magic sulphur, a soul stone, 20 ankhs; come back three hours later.
Belt: Sandra in Edron (33257, 31839, 7) trades 100 empty flasks of one kind for a lottery ticket (addon → yes); a winning lottery ticket buys the belt (prize → yes).
