Come back after 24 hours and say amulet again for Koshei's ancient amulet. You may keep it and stop here – wearing it is the only reward then.
In the deeper catacombs east of Darashia light only the north and east torches and use the sundial at 33281, 32444, 8; a click opens the coffin at 33273, 32458, 8. Follow the cave down to the level 40 gate; Koshei waits at 33271, 32406, 12. Kill him and use the amulet on his remains at once – the door at 33269, 32446, 12 opens to the blue legs and 50 platinum coins.
