The helmet: Gregor and Sam
Gregor at 32400, 32209, 6: task → yes, then: 100 perfect behemoth fangs (behemoth fang), the damaged steel helmet of Ramsay the Reckless from Banuta (ramsay), a flask of warrior's sweat (sweat), a piece of royal steel (steel). Then Sam at 32361, 32198, 7: addon, wait two hours, addon again.

The sword: Morgan
Morgan on Meriana at 32324, 32599, 7: addon → yes with a huge chunk of crude iron and 100 iron ore.
