Rabaz at 33009, 31532, 10: mission → yes. Take the botany almanach from the chest in his storage at 33004, 31530, 10, then use an obsidian knife on the two plants pictured in it – a giant dreadcoil, then the sweet-smelling branch – with the almanach in your backpack. Rabaz: mission → yes.
